AUTHENTIC, UMF CERTIFIED MANUKA HONEY: PRI Mossop’s manuka honeys are UMF certified, and are also measured for MGO levels. UMF (Unique Manuka Factor) is a grading system of specific attributes and values developed by New Zealand’s UMF Honey Association to assure manuka honey purity and quality. We are proud to provide a Certificate of Analysis per batch upon request.
