CREATE A PERFECT BREW - For the best flavor out of this calming tea blend, brew one 8 oz cup of tea in water heated to 206 degrees Fahrenheit and steep 1 tablespoon for 5-7 minutes. If you’re looking to make a larger batch, add one more tablespoon of leaves per 8 oz of water. This tea is a great hot or iced sleepytime tea.
