Employing Solely Hand-Harvesting - we select only the perfectly ripe cherry, never tainting our coffee with under or over-ripe beans. Further, we take care to wet-process, ferment and sun-dry our coffee accentuating its natural depth & complexity.
Kona Coffee is Famous for Low Acid – rich but round and smooth with a long, lingering finish. Just roasted by our Master roaster in small 25 pound lots in a state-of-the-art Giesen 15kg roaster.
