MEDIUM ROAST – GROUND - 8 ounces - aka American roast – roasted to our specifications just to the point of releasing the beautiful aromas…round and full with a restrained acidity level and not a wisp of smokiness. Often the roast considered the best by the pros. Expressing all of the regional character of the bean with none of the inflection of an abundance of roasting.

EMPLOYING SOLELY HAND-HARVESTING - we select only the perfectly ripe cherry, never tainting our coffee with under or over-ripe beans. Further, we take care to wet-process, ferment and sun-dry our coffee accentuating its natural depth & complexity.
KONA COFFEE is FAMOUS for LOW ACID – rich but round and smooth with a long, lingering finish. Just roasted by our Master roaster in small 25 pound lots in a state-of-the-art Giesen 15kg roaster.
