Almost Dark roast – Peaberry - Ground - 8 ounces - some people call it Full City roast – some call it Vienna – we call it like it is. It is slightly darker than a medium or City roast – expressing another level of intensity with that additional depth, a gentle edge of acidity and a deep, rich finish. Just shy of a true dark roast. Perfect for those in search of depth of character with restrained earthiness.

Employing Solely Hand-Harvesting - we select only the perfectly ripe cherry, never tainting our coffee with under or over-ripe beans. Further, we take care to wet-process, ferment and sun-dry our coffee accentuating its natural depth & complexity.
Kona Coffee is famous for Low Acid – rich but round and smooth with a long, lingering finish. Just roasted by our Master roaster in small 25 pound lots in a state-of-the-art Giesen 15kg roaster.
