• BEHIND THE BLEND: Sourced from Ethiopia, the birthplace of coffee, The Aster Blend is a vibrant and sweet blend. Composed of fully-washed coffees from high-elevation, smallholder producers, these heirloom coffees are roasted in two ways to showcase their candied lime sweetness and brown sugar complexity. Tasting notes of Nectarine, Key Lime, and Brown Sugar.
• FRESHLY ROASTED: Our coffee is small-batch roasted in-house daily out of our hometown of Santa Cruz, California, using a combination of vintage-style roasters and state-of-the-art roasters, followed by a preservation technique that ensures its instant freshness just for you.
