• Our top-grade Jin Jun Mei is picked only once a year in early spring, and only the fresh buds at the top of the tea leaves are picked. The output is scarce and precious. We strictly follow traditional craftsmanship in production, going through procedures such as withering, kneading, fermentation. The entire process is handcrafted by tea-making masters with 60 years of experience.
