To prevent the bamboo whisk from splitting: 1) Soak in 60°C (140°F) water for 90 seconds before first use (no soap). 2) Always air-dry it upside down on the holder. 3) Keep away from direct heat or sun. We recommend replacing the consumable whisk every 3-6 months.
