Fukamushi (Deep-Steamed) Sencha – Unlike regular sencha, which is lightly steamed for 30–40 seconds, our Fukamushi sencha is steamed twice as long (60–80 seconds). This traditional method reduces bitterness, breaks the leaves into finer pieces, and produces a vivid deep-green colour with a smooth, mild flavour. Easy to brew, it’s also ideal for making cold brew iced tea.
